Because most of our products are personalized and made to order just for you, our return policy works a little differently than a typical store.
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — each one is produced specifically for your order and can't be restocked.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right: we will send a free replacement at no charge, including shipping. Just contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll get a replacement into production right away.
Please double-check spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order. If the error was in the details submitted at checkout, we unfortunately can't offer a refund — the item was made exactly as ordered. If we made the mistake (the item doesn't match what you submitted), that counts as an incorrect item and we'll replace it free of charge.
If you purchased a non-personalized item and something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Personalized orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or correct a detail, contact us as soon as possible after ordering — once production has started, we can no longer cancel or change the order.
